Packaging and positioning
Stand back again and look at your product through your customer’s eyes, what would their first impression be? How is your product packaged? How you package your course can make a big difference to your customer’s attitude and how successful your product will be. Just talking about your product will not sell it. Visual is much better.- if you have an online course arrange a demonstration
- if it is paper based create a folder with printed handouts in colour to show the types of resources you will be using
- have a glossy leaflet which informs about the benefits of IL and examples of success
Packaging is not just about your product it is about you too. You are the one who has the responsibility of positioning the product in the market place. They way you act, speak and dress reflects on the sincerity and attractiveness of your product.
