PDP
PDP stands for Personal Development Planning.
Dearing in the National Committee of Inquiry in Higher Education report of 1997 recommended that students should be encouraged to reflect on their own skills (both study and employability skills). The report also stated that students should be given opportunities to record their current levels of skill and plan ways to further enhance.
